How can I get data from a different table to a form?

Alimbilo,
would you explain it in a bit more detail.

By designing the form correctly.

If you would like a more detailed answer please post a more detailed question.
Note, though, that this has nothing whatsoever to do with "exporting" - a Form
is just a window, a tool to let you view data in tables or queries. The form
doesn't store any data, and you don't "export" data from a table to a form.
