who is smarter my hacker or microsoft?

hello everyone im new to this so forgive me if i seem alittle unorthodox.  
for the past several months this moron well actually hes probably the
smartest person i ever came across hacked and hacked and use microsoft
servers dell servers my emails whatever you can think.  i bought so many
programs to stop him its unbelievable.  dell wont help me neither will
microsoft.  my privacy has been invaded and my computer cost more than my car
and i just got it and thank god i had a warranty because ive already replaced
my harddrive cause he ruined it. anyway i hope some one who gives a damn
reads this.

  Unfortunately, this newsgroup with Microsoft Access, a relational
database application.
  Try posting this on a newsgroup that deals with security for your
specific operating system..

  The first thing I'd do is call the Police...  They may be able refer you
to State or Federal authorities who could assist you.
