I have set a form up for information in a table.  However the form will only
display the record being input and not past entries.  Allow edits is set to
yes and data entry is set to no.

Open the form in design view
Open properties dialog
Click on the FORMAT tab
Change the DEFAULT VIEW property to  "Continuous Forms"  (no quotes)
