Has anyone had a problem in not being able to delete mail? I get a message
saying "Unknown error has occurred", and the msg cannot be deleted. I'm at
my wits end. Even the tech that I've spoken with have no idea how to do it.
I'm using Vista Home.

Also, I cannot open any msg with PPS and DOC extensions. Can Anyone help
with either problem?

I've seen the first problem happen when the deleted folder has reached
it's capacity. Try emptying out the deleted folder then try again.

On the second problem, do you have Office installed. It's not part of
the OS it must be purchased separately.
