I went on the Internet with my New HP PC using Vista Home Premium, only to
have an attack from a program called "CLEANATOR" when asked if I wanted the
program I clicked NO!  However the program was down loaded without my
request. How can I get rid of this program?  It is taking charge of
everything and turning all printed words into large Ikons.    I only use
MicroSoft programs.  What should I be using since Windows is unable to stop
"CLEANATOR" ????

You will perhaps be surprised to find that no one here knows much about your
problem. That's because your question may be  better answered in a newsgroup
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you.

Please repost your question on a newsgroup supporting Vista Home Premium. The
website can be confusing and may have misled you; this group is for the
database software Microsoft Access. If you scroll down the list of subjects
you'll find a group for Windows Vista Home.
