It sounds like you have received email that internally blocks you from
deleting the email. Try click and dragging it to your Delete folder or
create a temp folder, click and drag it to the temp folder amd delete the
temp folder. Look to see who the sender is and put a block on receiving any
further email from that sender. You can do that in your email client or at
your ISP.
