I have a Toshiba Satallite laptop and recently replaced my battery.  Now,
unless I remove the battery completely, it automatically runs from battery
power and forces me to shut down my system when the battery runs down.  When
I remove the battery, it seems to be fine.  I've tried going into Control
Panel, and tried both Toshiba Power and Power Options, but I can't figure out
how to make it use AC/DC power when I have the power cord plugged in.  Any
help is appreciated.

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access - not for hardware questions.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Toshiba.
