Hello,

I am having difficulty getting data to merge properly in a yes or no format.
I have a sheet of listings that should be marked 1 for yes.  I want to
compare that to a sheet a master listings and have any listing not marked
from on the first sheet to appear as a 0 for no on the second sheet.  This
may be a little bit unclear, so let me give an example:

I have list list of stores carrying a certain kind of dress and I also have
a list of all stores in the region.  I want to create a table which shows all
stores in the region and gives them a 1 if they have that kind of dress and a
0  if they don't.  How can I merge these two sheets to get that result.

Hi stumped,

This is a forum for Access Database problems.  Perhaps you could post this
message to an Excel forum if that is the spreadsheeting program you are using.

Damian.
