I am mail merging 1000+ records to print postcards.  There are  4 postcards
per 8.5 x 11 sheet.  When printing publisher sends two pages of the print job
at a time to the printer.  So the printer fills with 250 print jobs (2 pages
each or 8 postcards total).  Publisher also (here inlies one of my problems)
when printing, prints the 2nd page then the first page.  This really throws
my job off.

Does anyone know how to set publisher 2003 to print one page at a time or
print the whole job?  ( the first option would be best).

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Office program
(Publisher)  you are using. I would suggest you include your Windows
and Office version number in the message.
