My header disappears from my report after the first page.  Is there a way to
make it always visable, regardless of what page of the report I'm on?  Just
wondering. Thanks.

Reports have two separate headers available: a Report Header (which only
appears on the first page) and a Page Header (which will appear on every
page).

Make sure you've selected the correct one.
