Are the forms that you want to print in Access or Word?
I do not think you can do this in one operation, but you can use an operation
to open the Word file that uses your mail merge. Exactly how new are you at
this? i can explain in a couple ways - let me know if you want my help!!
good luck and good day!

I'm fairly new at Access and am still struggling at doing the really
important things like macros and operations. How can you open Word and have
specific mail merge documents print from different controls in Access? I am
printing from Access to mail merge documents. The form (templates) are in
Word.
I will galdly accept any help or advice you can give me. Thanks
