Start by asking in a newsgroup which supports the EMail program you're
using. This newsgroup is for the database software Microsoft Access -
not for Outlook or Outlook Express. The webpage can be confusing!

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and find a group
supporting the software you're using. It would help to include the
version you're using in your message.
