You should contact hughes.net, or post your question in a newsgroup
supporting your email software. This is the wrong place; the "access"
in this newsgroup's name refers to the database software Microsoft
Access.

If you're using Microsoft's web interface, please scroll down the list
of subject areas and find one for Outlook or whatever EMail software
you're using.
