Sounds like an interesting and reasonable project.

What would you like from the volunteers who donate our time to answer
questions on the newsgroup? Twenty hours of free work maybe? A design?
Design suggestions? ANswers to specific questions?

The last of these is the tradition here. Please ask; we'll answer -
but asking "give me a database" is likely to get the answer "well, how
big is your budget and would you like to see a draft contract?"
