Is this question about Microsoft Access? Microsoft Access database software
is the subject of this newsgroup and it's not obvious to me that your
question is about Access. It is easy to be misdirected to this newsgroup.
When you do find the appropriate newsgroup, it's barely possible that some
additional description would be helpful.

sounds like your question is about the Windows menu that appears when you
click the Start button from the Windows taskbar at the bottom of your
screen. if so, suggest you post your question to the appropriate Windows
newsgroup. this NG answers questions about MS Access relational database
software.
