Hello there,
I work for a large real estate office and i handle the billing. I need to be
able to look up a last name. And from there be able to create an invoice (so
it needs to pull info from multiple tables) that will have the advertisng
they have used for multiple properties, and Copier usage. So of course i'll
need prices programmed in. I've never used Access. Is this a good program to
use for this? Please help me!! I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out
access!

Access can certainly do this. It's a complex program with a steep
learning curve, though; this isn't going to be like dashing off a memo
in Word. It's too much to ask us as unpaid volunteers to design your
database for you, though we'll be happy to answer specific questions
or to help you get over bumps in the road.

Check out the resources at

particularly the Database Design 101 links; and be prepared to put in
a few weeks' work (or several hundred dollars consultant fees) getting
this up.

Done... but this is not considered a polite request. The newsgroups
are a public resource; it's traditional to post answers to the
newsgroup so all can benefit, and to reserve private EMail support to
paying clients. Note that we're all unpaid volunteers here - nobody's
hired to answer questions on the newsgroup.
