I downloaded 2007, in response to an email from Microsoft, but now my
"Favoutites" are not on the screen when I bring up Windows Internet Explorer.

This is an ACCESS newsgroup. I believe your question related to Internet
Explorer, not Microsoft Access. If so, please post to an IE newsgroup. Or,
better yet, do a search in those newsgroups to see if someone else has
already asked the same question, then you can read the responses to their
question.
