I am using a sales invoice template and am adding parts with out the shown
lines.  When I try to add an additional line on the first page it will show a
line.  How do I get another line without seeing this line?

Try explaining this a little more detailed and re-post in a new question.
What are you referring to when you say "Shown Lines"?
I don't think anyone is understanding what you are asking.
