part of Office Professional.

It's possible that a template for Word might exist (you could ask in a
newsgroup related to Word), but my normal advice is to point out that laws
vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. What's appropriate for one area may
not be appropriate for another. For that reason, you're better off asking
locally, rather than on a newsgroup that goes out around the world.
