Can highlight button colors be changed?

Can the color palette for the highlight button in the toolbar be changed.

Yes it can be changed by clicking on tools, options then the color tab.  
Click on the color you want to change and then click modify which brings up
the entire color palette.  Find the color you want and click ok.  This also
changes the colors in the fill palette at the same time.

sorry I thought I clicked on the excel forum...  wrong info for what you are
doing.
