Did you have a question?

Assuming you're asking how to receive emails without having to click on
send/receive, I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to whatever e-mail
client you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express? something else?)

This newsgroup's for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
