Hi,

I have set up a basic dbase containing a list of subscribers to a news letter.
I have the date of subscription as a field name and would like to set up a
reminder one month before the subscription is up (working on a 12 month basis)
.  I would also like to email the subscribers auomatically to let them know
the subscription is up.  Can anyone help please?

Thanks,
Andy

sorry, I should have mentioned I am currently using Access 97.  I can't open
the dbase within the .zip file.

I built you a version to run on Access 97. It's on the Access MVP Web:
