Unbroken reference to owc10.dll version1.1

Hi All,
 i developed a database named TFGGQualityDB.Its working fine on my desktop
system. when i tried to open the same mdb file on Laptop i am getting error
like your database points missing or broken owc10.dll file. on both systems i
am using office professional 2003 edition.

can anybody tell the reason why its happening like that..? and also provide
solution for that.. i need very urgently...

Open the file on your laptop and open any code window. Go to Tools ...
References and uncheck the one marked: MISSING

If you are using that reference you'll need to provide the path to the .dll.
