How can i make the handwritten convert to text ?

I Just bought an electronic pen to take notes, using the microsft OneNote
program, however every time i try to convert the handwritten to text it does
not work! I AM clicking the right buttons i already tried the trainning
sessions online, I am desperate, University is around the corner and i need
to take NOTES, could somebody HELP me please please please???

Well, if you'll ask in an appropriate newsgroup you might get better
help. Conversion of script to text requires a good character
recognition program. Microsoft Access(TM), the subject of this
newsgroup, is not such a program.

You might want to ask in a newsgroup supporting OneNote. Scroll down
the list of subject areas on the (rather confusing) Microsoft webpage
screen and find a group for OneNote and ask there. Indicate what
software and what versions you have installed.
