can i zip files on access

i have maintained database in access and thru that datbase i use to send
mails to different party in execl but acually i want this in zip format.the
mail sould go in zip format

Sure, no problem. You can easily zip an Access file. I suggest you also
compact it (Tools ... Database Utilities ... Compact and Repair) before
zipping it.
