MS Access database does not open

Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on 'MSysAccessObjects'.  I have
checked all do have full access and access is also reloaded.  What can I do
to fix this problem.  It is created in MS Access 2000 and also tried to
viewed and added data in Ms Access 2000.  Can you help....thank you.!!!!!!

Could be a corrupt database.
