Someday I will have this database done!  I have downloaded a template from
Microsoft.com for shipping information.  When I input information into the
form regarding the customer, the person taking the order and the dates of the
order and shipping I am fine.  When I input the information regarding the
order into the subform (Product, Quantity, and comments) the information goes
into the table but is not there if I scroll back through the records.  Can
anyone point me in the right direction on how to solve this problem?

Thank you!

Teri.

Check the Properties of the subform(s). If they are set to "yes" on the data
entry line then you will not see any prior entries.

SSG QuarterMaster:

Thank you so much!  Now I feel really stupid, it was so easy!
