I have input all data in a Table but want to transfer it to a Form. How can I
do this?

Lisa - there are several ways, try selecting the Table, goto the File Menu
and choose Save As, in the As box change  Table to Form. This gives you a
real 'quick and dirty' form. A better way is to select the Form Object, then
select the New Icon and use one of the methods there. If you are new to
Access the Wizard is a good way to get started. Good luck -- Dika
