The first error message is "The Add-in "msncon32.dll" cannot be loaded and
has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer
(microsoft) for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the
add-in."

Then when I x out of that I get the send report message and it sends then
shuts down Outlook. Outlook never has been opened because of these error
loops.

Please repost your questions to a newsgroup that's related to Outlook.
