Looking at the possibility of using Excel 2000 to send out email through
Lotus Notes.  I use the spreadsheet to track project and would like to use
the spreadsheet to send out emails of any changes to the members of that
project team automatically

You have posted to an Access newsgroup.  If your question relates to Excel
and/or Lotus, I'd suggest you post your question to a newsgroup related to
one of those products.  Access is a database application that is part of MS
Office Professional.
