Taking a photo

How can I use my cheap video device to take photos and store them on the
computer? I have managed to have the camera working in video mode on Windows
Netmeeting, but that facility doesn't allow for snapshots.

This is an Access database.  We help build databases in the application,
Microsoft Access.  Your post seems to be unrelated to this newsgroup.
