how do i get around "you do not have necessary permission to use ...."

this is an old mdb that somebody just realized they need.

If you don't have a password on an account in this database's
Workgroup file, it's very difficult. Dig through the documentation and
see if anyone recorded a username and password. If they didn't... good
luck!
