Trying to change a default printer

I work in a call center and we use Access 2003 for our Audits.  Our Product
Quality Analyst usually works on the Audit and I assist her on the side.
Something happened with the Audit and now when we click on the print button
it automatically goes to one of the printers we have but it is the wrong one.
We have 2-3 printers in the building that are used in different areas of the
building.  When one of the printers breaks down we swap printers, but now
that the printer is working again we need it to print to our printer instead
of the other side of the building.  Since something happened with the audit
we are not able to print to our side.  I either need to change it to where
the box pops up and asks which printer we are going to use or to where it
will automatically print to our printer.  Preferably the latter but either
way will work.

Open the report in question.  Choose File|Page Setup|Page.  Be sure
that Default Printer is selected.  If default printer was already
selected then get out to your windows settings and set the correct
printer to be the default.

Thank you for that, the initial steps you listed in your response took care
of this issue.  I really appreciate this
