Hi, I'm new at access. I was wondering how do u recreate a form (questionaire) into access. Then creating a database of this form so that agent can input info from the questionaire sheet into the data base. By doing this we have a log of people that have came to see our property. So if someone were to come visit again we would have a log of what they wrote on the questionaire.
