How do I change the page numbers in a Table of Contents?

I have a table of contents that has somehow changed the page numbers (by 1)
about halfway through.  Is there a way to change all these without going into
each one individually?

Are you using MS Access, or MS Word?  This is an Access newsgroup.

It sounds like you may be asking a Word question.  This group is about
MS Access.
