Start up problem

I went into the startup option and unchecked everthing for the database.  How
do I get everything back now?

Hold the shiftkey down while you open the database.

Hold down the Shift Key while you open the database.
Or...
Press F11 while it's open.

Hold down the Shift key *while* opening the database
to bypass the Startup options. Then make whatever
changes you need.
