newbee banging my with forms

   Im trying to turn a one sheet page into a database.  I get the list
tables to populate it with and cant seem to get my head around getting the
form to do this sheet.  If anyone has the patientce to work me through what
must be a very basic thing through msn then id appreciate it ..

Josepe, *you* can see the "sheet". *You* can see your table structure.

We cannot.

Give us a little help here, please? Post enough details that someone
NOT familiar with your data might have a chance to understand it?

Sorry... I don't do chat, and private EMail support is for paying
clients. This service is free - because I can take off time from my
private consulting business when I wish to do so, rather than on
demand. Most of the other volunteers are in the same boat.
