Is there a keyboard shortcut to move the cursor from any cell in an excel
workbook up to the formula bar?

F2 gets you there, but please note, you've got the wrong place to ask this
question, this newsgroups is for Microsoft Access, not Excel, please post
future questions to the correct group.
