I downloaded the above and it is on my desktop but when I clidk on it, it
doesn't do anything. How do I install it?

You've reached the newsgroup dedicated to questions about using Microsoft
Access, the relational database product. You might have more luck if you
post to a newsgroup that deals with using MS Office.
