Has anyone created a Vehicle Servicing & Maintenance Database? I am having trouble building the servicing part of the project and a little help would be very much appreciated. You will need to provide some detail about what you are tring to do and what your specific problems are. I designed a database for my Autoelectrical repair business. I might be able to help if you say what exactly you need. Your system could be completly different than mine. You need to decide what data you need to collect and then arrange it into tables and then normalise the tables. Is this project just for you or are there other users. I run a one man business so I'm the only user. From what I've learnt on this project I wouldn't even attempt a database for multiple users without proper training or professional help. I work for a Plant & Transport business and my database is saved on a server and have 3 users acessing it, although I haven't yet set permission for them. Thankfully though they are only using the bits they are told and trained to use.
