How can you make a Yes No question save as a checkmark save as 1 or 0?  Can
you do this without code because there are alot of checkmarks on my form?

A checkmark that is bound to a yes/no field saves as -1 and 0.  -1 is true,
0 is false.  If you have a triple state checkbox, you can bind it to a
numeric field in a table and it will save as...
-1 for true
0 for false
null for grayed out or n/a.
