Hello,
I have created a macro (Action: OutputTo) to export a query to excel.
However, the file is always exported/saved as if the "save formatted" box is
not checked when doing the export manually. How can I change that?
Thanks in advance, Thore

Thore,
Access and Excel think they know each other too well so when you import or
export between the two, it assumes too much.  I usually import or export
delimited files, then you have the option of setting up and saving Export and
Import Specifications to be used again.  You can create these by exporting to
a delimited file and clicking on the advanced button or saving before
finishing the export wizard.

Hope this helps.
