This may seem like a daft question but I would like help in sprucing up the
look of a form.

How do I send an object to the back? eg. If I want to have a box around some
fields, I have to make it transparent or it will block out everything
underneath.  Because of this I've only got a back colour and some boring
raised boxes!

Any suggestions appreciated.

While in design-view, you can highlight a control and then select the Format
menu.  The last two options on that menu are "send to front" and "send to
back".

I have hoghlighted the box that I want to send to the back, I right click on
it and the properties window appears. I have clicked on the format tab and
looked at the list... no joy! That's where I thought it would be.

I'm using Access 2000, if that makes any difference?!

Any ideas?

You need to look on the Format menu, not the Format tab of the Properties
Window.

The FORMAT menu at the top of the screen, not the properties box.
