I am designing forms for Access on my computer,  the information is being
input on another computer.

when we log into Access from the other computer it cuts off the right side
and bottom of our form, Why is this?  How can we fix it.

Many thanks for any help you can give.

The other computer is using a different screen resolution.  Make your form
smaller so it will fit.

Hi,

You didn't give enough information for people to do anything but
guess.

Are your screens of different sizes/resolutions?  Has the design of
the form been modified on the second PC?

Sounds like the screen resolution is different on the two computers.
Try right-mouseclicking the wallpaper and check Properties...
Settings... Screen Resolution.

Either make the second computer's resolution match the first (if it's
capable of doing so, the monitor or video driver might not allow it),
or redesign the form to fit that machine's screen.

Thank you guys,

Resolution handled it, I dont understand why it would not just auto fit.

But oh well, we live and we learn.
