I am trying to find some kind of user's manual for Access to download. I want
something that teaches me the basics of the program. Any idea? Thanks!

You can try here for some really good information.
There should be plenty of other links there to help as well.

Go to http://office.microsoft.com and follow the links from "training" in
the box in the upper left. You'll find a number of very helpful online
training courses.
