Have constructed a DB but have run out of skills to
complete and make it do what I want. Is there anyone out
there who might be able to take a look at the format and a
list of needs to help?

Just email me at jhudson@tmmna.com

I will take a look at it if you send it to me.

The point of newsgroups is that we can learn from each other by posting
specific questions in the forum.  In describing a database you needn't go
into great detail.  You could sum up the database in a sentence or two (to
keep track of quotes, to keep track of training, or whatever), then briefly
describe your table structure and relationships.  For instance:  "The
employee table contains EmployeeID (primary key), FirstName, LastName, etc.
The training table contains TrainingID (primary key), EmployeeID (foreign
key), Subject, Instructor, and Date."  Then describe the specific difficulty
you need to address.  You will probably receive a range of suggestions.

If you'd like assistance from the newsgroup, please post a specific
question.  The volunteers here are more than happy to help, if there's
something specific you are asking about.
