record navigation disable

Dear Sir,

While working on forms using scrol (in mouse) causes naviagte through record
sets(next /orevious record)

I want to disable navigation, User is allowed to navigate only thorugh the
comand buttons in the form

Please guide me how to disable navigation thorgh mouse scrol
