I have a form that has two combo boxes, each one based on a table.  The combo
boxes are 'CustomerName' and 'ContactName'.

I want to choose a customer name and then only have the contact names for
that customer show up in the contactname field.  I will also need to be able
to add contact names for that customer.

Is there a way to do this?
