Can't get access to my application and forms.

I cleared the passowrd of one of my user accounts and now I get the below.

"You do not have the necessary permissions to use the .....mdb... Have your
systems administrator or the person who created the object establish the
appropriate permissions for you."

I don't understand this as I'm the administrator and owner. The enter your
user name and password dialog box never comes up, it simply goes straight to
this message.

I was able to get the application to run on a different computer that does
not have the .mdw file on it. But how can I fix this? Please help.
