MSACCESS.exe process doesn't stop

The msaccess doesn't stop running when I close my application.

The problem occurs when I open a specific subform and is only occuring since
I've added a new subform to said subform.  If I remove the newly added
subform the problem goes away.

The only reason I can think could be the cause is that the new subform is
not linked to to any other form.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
Tim J

Are you setting all of your set objects back to Nothing?
